How can counselling help?

Counselling offers support and help for a variety of issues. There may be instances or events from your past or childhood you would like to understand and discuss with support from a counsellor.
Perhaps you are feeling dissatisfied or unhappy in your work life, or family life and could use some guidance and a different perspective to help you find what the root issue may be.
You may have experienced a life changing event, such as divorce, children leaving home, becoming a parent, child birth, relationship breakdown or facing the loss of a loved one.
Whatever is making life feel difficult, counselling can offer a space to feel supported, heard, understood and help you find the courage you need to move forward.
